The challenge

Budi's auction platform had strong traffic but the experience needed clarity. Bidding, fees, and registration created friction, leading to confused users. We took a holistic approach: rebuilt the experience around customer feedback.

  • Redesigned the full experience from homepage to checkout.

  • Simplified registration and login with BankID as the primary path

  • Built a foundational design system to support consistency

Outcome

A continuous redesign of the entire experience: homepage, registration, login, bidding, and checkout. Each page was rebuilt around real customer feedback and support insights. We also created a foundational design system along the way.

  • BankID logins from 30% to 80%

  • Clearer bidding, fees, and VAT communication

  • Smoother navigation and registration
