General
These terms govern the relationship between Nyton Design AB and our clients who purchase services from us within branding and UX design. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Services
Nyton Design provides services in branding, UX design, and related areas. All work is carried out in close collaboration with the client and is specified in the respective project agreement.

Liability
We always strive to deliver high-quality services; however, we cannot be held liable for any indirect damages or losses arising from the use of our services. Our liability is always limited to the amount invoiced for the specific service.

Project Changes
If you, as a client, request changes to the project after work has commenced, this may affect timelines and costs. Any changes must be discussed and approved in writing by both parties.

Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights to the work we perform remain our property until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, the rights are transferred to the client.

Payment Terms
Payment shall be made in accordance with the agreement specified in each project contract. Invoices are payable within 30 days unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may be subject to interest.

Termination and Disputes
Both parties have the right to terminate a project if the other party breaches the terms of this agreement. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be settled in a Swedish court under Swedish law.
